Hello, I'm Dr. Selby.

My philosophy of care

I focus on the root causes of health problems rather than only treating symptoms. I combine conventional medicine with botanical, nutritional, and lifestyle therapies, and I use prescription medications when they are the right choice.

Every patient is different, so I listen carefully and build treatment around each person's needs and preferences. Prevention and education are a large part of my work. I want my patients to understand their health and feel confident making decisions about it.

Education & training

I earned undergraduate and graduate degrees at Seattle University and my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) at Bastyr University. I now practice primary care at Federal Way Naturopathy.

Outside the clinic

When I'm not seeing patients, I like to spend time in nature, find good food, and read. Rest, nourishment, movement, and time with people we care about are part of health, too.
