Symptoms tell us something. I try to understand why they are happening so we can work on the source.
I use botanical and lifestyle therapies alongside prescription medications, choosing what is safest and most effective for you.
I take time to hear your concerns, then shape a plan around your needs and preferences.

I earned my undergraduate and graduate degrees at Seattle University and my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University. I see patients at Federal Way Naturopathy.
My goal is to help you feel well by supporting your body's ability to heal, and by using conventional treatment when it is the better tool.
